Set up your clinic in PrimeCare OS
A complete PrimeCare OS setup takes about fifteen minutes for a small clinic. Have your service list, durations and each provider’s weekly hours ready.

Sign in
Go to care.primewebkit.com and sign in as the clinic owner.

Add clinic details
Enter your clinic name, address, contact details and timezone. These appear in confirmations and reminders.

Create services
Add each bookable service with a clear name and duration.

Add providers
Add each doctor, dentist or therapist and the services they offer.

Set schedules
Enter weekly working hours, breaks and known time off for each provider, plus clinic closures.

Invite your team
Invite administrators, receptionists and providers with the right role for each.

Configure reminders
Turn on confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on your plan.

Open booking
Share your booking page, and add the booking widget to your website (see the next guide).
Tips
- Sync providers’ Google, Outlook or Apple calendars to avoid clashes.
- Turn on the waitlist so cancellations get filled.
